3. About the fees A.) The registration fee is non-refundable. B.) If you return early, or decide on a shorter internship period, we do not return money already accepted. 4. Services included in the participation fee A.) Host negotiation and facility investigation prior to departure B.) All counseling and assistance prior to departure C.) Training in the country of your choice D.) Support and assistance during your internship. Access to emergency help. 5. Services not included in participation fee A.) Transportation to your host country (ie. Air ticket) B.) Insurance C.) Visa processing and application fees D.) Housing, food, and other living expenses during the internship period. 6. About the Visa Aspire Internships cannot make promises about obtaining a visa for the intern applicant. Applicants are selected based on many factors including the high probability of receiving a visa. If in the rare case an intern is denied the visa we will try to find another country for this intern. If the intern is repeatedly denied the visa then Aspire will refund only the participation fee.
