Program Explanation The Asia Intermediate Hotel Training Course offers a great opportunity for ambitious people to work in a top class hotels in an Asian countries such as Malaysia, Thailand、etc. For applications to this program, hotel or service experience is not necessary but a high English ability and friendly personality are required. For many people this can be their first chance to work in a hotel overseas. Hotels in this program range from 4 to 5 star that tend to be medium to large in size. Hotels are located in major cities and beautiful resorts as well. Accepted interns for this program will have high responsibility as a Front Desk Agent or as a Japanese guest relations officer, taking care of and translating for the Japanese guests a the hotel.
Typically the hotels pay a small stipend similar to what other workers receive (often less than 30,000 yen per month) but often provide free accommodation and meals. Although the monthly stipend is not much, it is usually enough to live in that country. In addition, the cost of living in most Asian countries is very low and so your earnings will go a long way in your life overseas. Co-workers in the hotels tend to be very kind and helpful and will be a great way to make friends in your new country.
Work Details
The work details for each program are different depending on the needs of the hotels. Some hotels request front desk staff, concierge, guest relations officer, restaurant or a variety of sections. If accepted into this program, Aspire will discuss the details and expectations of the hotel with you. Programs are offered for 6 months to 2 years.
